BECAUSE TIME IS IRREPLACEABLE...

And each appointment takes a great deal of time & attention my days are scheduled precisely. When you last minute cancel or no show your appointment it not only leaves a gap in my schedule but it has taken away an appointment from someone else. I highly encourage that you review your schedule & all service info before booking an appointment to ensure you will be able to make it. Please respect my time and that of others so the same can be returned to you.

I have a 48 hour Cancellation Policy

POP is a "by appointment" business there for requiring deposits (commitment fees) to secure your appointment. Deposits & Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable but do go towards the total service cost. YOU MAY MOVE YOUR APPOINTMENT ONCE WITH THAT DEPOSIT- A 48 hour notice is required to reschedule OR cancel any appointments (even touchups & laminations) OR DEPOSIT IS FORFEITED. You will be considered a LAST MINUTE CANCELLATION & A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO REBOOK.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS

If you - 1) Cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment time. 2) Fail to show up day of appointment. 3) Lie on your forms - You will be considered a NO SHOW & WILL BE CHARGED 100% of the service fee, NO EXCEPTIONS.

NO SHOW POLICY

If you are 15 MINUTES OR MORE LATE we will have to reschedule your appointment & A NEW DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO REBOOK. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE POLICY

CANCELLATIONS

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL. If you decide to cancel the appointment overall for whatever reason on your end the deposit WILL NOT be refunded.

Minors and pets are prohibited in the studio at any time. Please DO NOT bring them or you will be asked to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited, NO EXCEPTIONS!

THE CITY PROHIBITS

PREVIOUS WORK & CORRECTIONS

IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUS WORK FROM ANOTHER ARTIST THAT IS STILL VISIBLE -AT ALL- you are required to email in clear, well lit, no makeup photos of the area before booking an appointment. (www.powerofpigment1@gmail.com

Unfortunately not all previous work can be worked over. Sometimes removal is a better option to achieve your desired style. For those who like the Microblade stroke look the area must be 85-90% faded to ensure the new work will look crisp and heal clear. Layering too much pigment in the area will over saturate it, causing the brow to look like a big blurry blob. We also have less freedom with stroke pattern and shape if the previous work is still too saturated or blurry.   If your brow shape is very off or unnatural looking or if the brows have shifted to an unfavorable color then you will be considered a CORRECTION & CHARGED AS SUCH.

If you have work from a previous artist/studio and are looking to get a touch up with POP (and have already been advised through photo evaluation email that you do not require a correction/coverup) you are considered a new client and will be charged an additional $125 Artist Transfer Fee day of your first session with us. Moving forward you will be charged regular touchup pricing as listed.

PLEASE follow these guidelines and schedule appropriately to eliminate complications and a possible forfeit of your deposit.

Healed results will vary depending on the clients individual skin type, condition, metabolism, genetics, lifestyle and how well the Aftercare was followed. There will be NO GUARANTEES on how your PMU will heal and NO REFUNDS will be given. NO EXCEPTIONS.
